Trulia reports the average listing price for homes in Austin is $633,937 for the week ended March 19. This represents a 2.2 percent increase or $13,801, compared to the prior week. Average listing prices for homes in the popular neighborhoods of Steiner Ranch and Downtown are $531,016 and $962,106, respectively.
