We’re going to take a little departure from the mortgage and real estate info to talk about another equally exciting topic – food! It’s been pretty exciting to see some of our fantastic Texas cuisine featured on Bravo’s Top Chef Texas. The reality competition that features up and coming chefs duking it out in high pressure cooking situations has shown some of the food the Lone Star State is most well known for such as chili, BBQ, and giant cuts of steak, but also the lighter, fine dining side of Texas fare.
