Every month I am going to spend a little time discussing home builders and real estate developments around the metroplex and throughout some other areas in Texas. For this edition, I wanted to highlight American Legend Homes and Stonewater Crossing in my home town of Frisco. American Legend Homes is a “semi-custom” home builder based in Dallas that operates in The Colony, Fort Worth, Frisco, Lantana, Lewisville, Little Elm, and McKinney. According to the company’s web site, they have closed over 1,000 homes since 2004 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The homes in Stonewater Crossing look awesome and there are a bunch of floorplans to choose from ranging in size from 2,660 to 4,500 sq/ft. The current pricing on the site goes from $324,990 up to $392,990. The development has an amenity center with plasma TVs, a splash park for kids, and a large commercial sized pool. There are also hiking and biking trails and a catch-and-release pond!
