According to Trulia, two of these three ZIPs experienced average listing price increases for the week ending May 28. The 76513 ZIP code saw an increase of 2.0 percent while the 76502 ZIP code saw an increase of 2.6 percent. These ZIPs had average listing prices of $273,881 and $185,729, respectively.

The 76548 ZIP saw a decrease of 3.2 percent, bringing the average listing price to $205,060 for that area.
